The Cross Up 8409 is an automatic loading, height-adjustable stretcher with a removable upper section. This removable section can be used as a field stretcher to evacuate casualties from areas inaccessible to standard stretchers, thanks to its telescopic handles that provide a secure grip and make lifting the patient easier. The Cross Up 8409 allows a hard board to be inserted between the stretcher and the trolley, thereby optimizing space on board the emergency vehicle.
