Terms of Sale — Used Equipment

1. Scope

This page applies to the sale of used equipment and vehicles (notably ambulances and medical transport vehicles) offered on CASPE, in addition to the general terms and conditions of sale, and shall prevail over them in the event of any conflicting provision.

2. Condition of the equipment

Used equipment is sold as is, as shown in the photographs and description provided in the listing. Professional customers are encouraged to request any additional information, an expert report, or a pre-purchase inspection/test drive, where possible depending on the location of the item.

3. Mileage, history and maintenance

Information regarding mileage, maintenance history and any accidents is provided based on the details submitted by the seller or previous owner, without CASPE being able to guarantee its completeness beyond the documents provided (service book, technical inspection, etc.).

4. Technical inspection and administrative compliance

For vehicles, a valid technical inspection report is provided when required by regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the vehicle's compliance with the standards in force for its intended use (notably medical transport authorization and interior conversion), as such compliance may require additional procedures or modifications at the buyer's expense.

5. Limited warranty

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product sheet, used equipment is sold with a warranty limited in duration and scope compared to new equipment, or even without a commercial warranty for certain lots sold "as is" between professionals, while the legal warranty against hidden defects remains applicable under common law conditions.

6. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with the general provisions applicable to sales between professionals, no right of withdrawal or standard return applies to the sale of used equipment, the sale being deemed final upon acceptance.

7. Transport and delivery

The terms of transport for used equipment (notably vehicle delivery) are subject to a specific quote, separate from standard delivery terms, due to their nature and volume.

Effective as of July 19, 2026.
