DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The UNIMEDIS MEDICAL order confirmation will indicate to the Buyer the items that are out of stock. A partial delivery of the order may be carried out by UNIMEDIS.
All non-catalog items and services will be subject to a quote or specific agreement indicating the estimated delivery time. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order.
Deliverable items are generally delivered to you within 24 to 72 hours.
We are able to ship your orders anywhere in the world, whether in Europe, the French overseas territories, or internationally. For all shipments outside mainland France, the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package and the country of destination. The delivery costs will be displayed in your cart before paying for your order.
Customs clearance fees, sea entry fees, excise duties, and other additional fees that may result from the application of the import rules specific to each country are the responsibility of the customer. These taxes cannot be calculated by UNIMEDIS and are not included in the final amount of your order.
UNIMEDIS France SAS provides medical equipment for companies in the medical and pre-hospital/ambulance sector. Orders placed by a professional customer are firm and final upon validation. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except with the company's prior written agreement or if the product does not conform to the order.
We offer free standard delivery for orders of €350 or more, in standard size in mainland France. (Free shipping)

The communicated delivery times are determined as accurately as possible but do not constitute a commitment on our part. Delay in performance cannot give rise to a fine, compensation, or termination of the contract. Unless otherwise stated on the purchase order, we will ship the available items, with the balance of the order being delivered in subsequent additional deliveries.  It will be the customer's responsibility to check the products upon arrival and to make all necessary reservations with the carrier in the event of damage or missing items, in accordance with the French Commercial Code. Failing this, the customer will be deemed to have received the delivered products in perfect condition.

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the purchase order. The choice of transport method will be at the discretion of UNIMEDIS MEDICAL based on the weight and/or volume of the products. UNIMEDIS MEDICAL reminds the Buyer that they are required to ensure that all information useful for the delivery of their order has been provided and cannot be held responsible for the incorrect transmission of information.

CLAIMS

In the event of missing and/or damaged Products and/or Equipment, or apparent non-conformity, the CUSTOMER or the Beneficiary must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of the Products and/or Equipment. These reservations must also be confirmed to the carrier with a copy sent to UNIMEDIS MEDICAL in writing within two (2) business days following delivery to the Customer Service Department. Otherwise, the CUSTOMER is deemed to have accepted the Products without reservation.

No claim will be accepted if it is not submitted to our Customer Service Department (by email at serviceclient@unimedis.fr). It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide any justification in this regard. In accordance with Art. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code, it is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect their delivery.

In the event of missing and/or damaged Products and/or Equipment, or non-conformity acknowledged by UNIMEDIS MEDICAL, the latter's obligation will be limited, at the choice of UNIMEDIS MEDICAL, to the replacement or refund of the defective quantities, without any other compensation. Any replacement shipping costs for the Products will be borne by UNIMEDIS MEDICAL.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to check that the received package still has the warranty band (UNIMEDIS MEDICAL UM10 tape), ensuring that the package has not been opened or repackaged.

Important: failure to follow this procedure reserves the right of UNIMEDIS MEDICAL to refuse any compensation or replacement of defective merchandise. In case of doubt, it is sometimes preferable to refuse the package than to accept it without indicating the appropriate reservations.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is made by bank transfer or credit card via the website, with payment due upon receipt. Any late payment, once a formal notice specifying this has been issued, will incur penalties based on three times the current legal interest rate, calculated on the number of days of delay relative to the payment date indicated on the invoice. We do not offer any discount for early payment. No delivery will be made until payment has been received.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

UNIMEDIS MEDICAL retains ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price has been received. Failure to pay any installment may result in the return of the products at the customer's risk. These provisions do not prevent the transfer of the risk of loss and deterioration of the products sold to the customer upon delivery. The customer will bear all legal and judicial costs resulting from any legal action.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

At the end of the Provisioning, the CUSTOMER must return the Equipment in perfect condition of maintenance and repair.
Upon expiration of the Provisioning, the CUSTOMER will uninstall the Equipment and arrange, at their own expense and risk, the return of the provided Equipment to the premises of UNIMEDIS MEDICAL.
The CUSTOMER will be required to repair any damage suffered by  UNIMEDIS MEDICAL due to the non-return of all or part of the Equipment or the return of Equipment that is not in perfect condition of maintenance. Thus, in the event of loss or deterioration of the Equipment, the CUSTOMER will owe a penalty per piece of Equipment equivalent to the full tax-inclusive cost of the new Equipment.
The full tax-inclusive cost of new Equipment is available from the UNIMEDIS MEDICAL customer service department.
