Referral Partner Program

1. Purpose

CASPE offers professional partners (individuals or legal entities) the opportunity to become a "Business Introducer" by connecting CASPE with new potential clients in the healthcare, paramedical, or medical transport sector.

2. Terms of Membership

The status of business introducer is subject to the signing of a specific contract with CASPE, defining in particular the terms of introduction, the conditions for recognizing a client as "introduced", and the applicable remuneration terms. These contractual elements are not published and are communicated individually to each partner.

3. Commitments of the Business Introducer

The business introducer agrees to:

  • faithfully present the CASPE/UNIKITS offer, without distorting or exaggerating the characteristics of the products or services,
  • not present themselves as an agent, legal representative, or employee of CASPE,
  • not enter into any contractual commitment on behalf of CASPE with third parties,
  • respect the confidentiality of the commercial information exchanged within the framework of the partnership.

4. Independence

The status of business introducer does not entail any relationship of subordination, exclusive commercial mandate, or employment relationship with CASPE. The business introducer carries out their activity independently.

5. Remuneration

The terms of remuneration for the business introducer are defined exclusively in the individual contract signed between the parties and are not communicated publicly.

6. Duration and Termination

The business introducer contract is concluded according to the terms and duration contractually defined between the parties, and may be terminated under the conditions provided therein.

7. Application
